can someone please explain the meaning of these marked swedish weights. There are lot of questions on this particular pic which confuse me always .

Tjänstevikt: the weight of the viechle with only nessecery fluids and the driver.
Skattevikt: The weight they take (took) tax for
Totalvikt: the total weight of the viechle (tjänstevikt and maximum load weight)
Maxlast: maximum load weight

0.1: heaviest weight on a trailer with brakes.
0.3: heaviest totalweight on a trailer allowed with a B-licence

So that document are a registration paper for a car.
